What forms of ID are accepted to purchase cannabis?

You must have a valid, government-issued photo ID to verify you are 21+ to purchase cannabis.

What is your return policy?

Cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased due to state regulations. If your product is defective or your order is incorrect, please reach out to us! We will make it right.

What are the purchase limits for cannabis in Illinois?

The state of Illinois has different purchase limits for residents, non-resident, and medical purchases. See below:

Illinois Residents (21+):

60 grams of cannabis flower
10 grams of concentrate
1,000mg of THC in edibles

Out-of-State Visitors (21+):

30 grams of cannabis flower
5 grams of concentrates
500mg of THC in edibles

Medical Patients:

2.5 ounces every 14 days
Physician can recommend higher amounts if needed

CAN NON-ILLINOIS RESIDENTS PURCHASE CANNABIS AT DUTCHESS DISPENSARIES?

Yes, they can! However, non-Illinois residents can only purchase up to the allotment below:

30 grams of cannabis flower
5 grams of concentrates
500mg of THC in edibles

How much cannabis am I legally allowed to possess in Illinois?

– Illinois medical residents can possess 2.5 ounces over a two week period.
– Illinois recreational users can possess 30 grams of flower, 5 grams of concentrates and 500mg of THC-infused products.
– Out-of-state visitors are limited to half of the limits of Illinois residents.

How is cannabis taxed in Illinois?

In Illinois, taxes vary depending on the product type and the potency.

Adult-Use (Recreational):
A state excise tax based on product type and potency:

- 10% for cannabis flower or products with less than 35% THC
- 20% for infused products (such as edibles)
- 25% for products with more than 35% THC (typically concentrates)
In addition to the excise tax, the standard state sales tax of 6.25% applies.
Local taxes may also apply, depending on the municipality and county, typically adding up to about 3% or more.

Because of this structure, total tax at checkout for adult-use purchases can range from roughly 20% to over 35%, depending on the product type and location.

Medical (Oak Park Store):
Medical cannabis purchases are subject to a reduced state sales tax of 1%. No additional excise taxes apply at retail for medical patients.
