ROYAL REWARDS PROGRAM
Reward members must be active members, meaning they have placed an order within the past 90 days. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the rewards program.
EARNING POINTS
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent when you opt-in to the rewards program. All members who enroll in the program will start with 0 points. Points cannot be earned for purchases made prior to enrollment in the Royal Rewards program.
REDEEMING REWARDS
Points can be accumulated and redeemed at the different tier levels. Points needed to redeem rewards may vary between Dutchess locations.
Reward points are valid for 3 months (90 days) from the last point-earning transaction. There is no monetary value to the rewards earned; these cannot be used as cash.
Rewards should appear in your wallet within 24 hours of purchase.

Employees are not eligible to join the rewards program.
Rewards are only available and redeemable at participating Dutchess retail stores.
Rewards can only be redeemed if you have an available cannabis allotment at the time of your visit.
